Warranty Service Type | - ADDIS warrants to the original end-user owner that each product from the product lines listed below, product is free from defects in material and workmanship. All failures or defects must be reported within the applicable warranty period.If a Product covered by this warranty is defective when used as intended under normal household conditions within the specified period, ADDIS will replace the Product or issue a refund (at our option) when the consumer provides a proof of purchase (either a bill of sale, receipted invoice, or other proof that the product is within the warranty period), along with a full description of the defect, by emailing info@addis.co.za
