Electrical connection terminal block poor design

The product itself is of good quality but the electrical terminal block on the oven is too small and there are not sufficient clearances to make proper electrical connections on the oven. The installation manual is not very well written. For a company that has been in business for so long the electrical terminal is very poorly designed.
