I bought this machine in October and was delivered 21/10/2024, did about 7 or 8 loads and last weekend it stopped spinning. When I investigated, I found the puller belt on the floor. Phoned makro head office and the said they'll send a technician to have a look but makes zero sense that a brand new machine could have problems unless they sold us a used washer?

So frustrated with the bolt removal process, totally ruins the excitement, it should come with the product spares, i’ve made two store runs trying to find the right sized spanner to use to remove the transit bolts and all fails. I could cry right now 😭

Product received, lovely, just as in the picture, delivery was quick.

It’s slightly smaller and louder than expected . The programmes are longer than they should be including the quick wash and the 15 minute wash. The more clothes you put in the longer the machine runs even though the programme is suppose to be shorter.
