Avoid this machine and brand

We bought one November 2020 we have used it on mostly areas where our pets are, we bought it because it is made for Pet hair._x000D_

It started smelling like smoke when I used it on the dogs bed in January 2022, I took it to Builders where it was bought and 21 days later returned nothing was done, according to Builders it was repaired!_x000D_

Total Waste Of Money

I had this machine it‚Äôs a total rubbish product too many filters to replace water can‚Äôt trap the dust properly black sponge tears up in a week and micro-particle filter gets so dusty from one cleaning and they told me it‚Äôs water filtration I should as well bought myself a dry vacuum cleaner instead instead of this big trash can with poor suction power

Poor Quality, expensive purchase

I bought my Bennet & Read vacuum cleaner and paid more because the sales consultant promised superior quality, and it did indeed look like quality. Within a year, the rubber trimmings started to come of and stretch. Then the wheel broke, then the rubber gasket surrounding one of the switches, then the pipe perished and cracked open. _x000D_

I did an online search and saw the model is actually an old AEG product that was discontinued._x000D_

Worst vacuum iv come across

This vacuum is of poor quality for it's price. It's suppose to be water tight but still splashes water even when I fill it way below the max level. The filters are terrible. If you have dogs have fun trying to clean them. The air blow out is in a bad spot. It's hard to vacuum when the dust is being lown around. It tipped over its own power cord and the hooks for the top didn't hold causing all the dirty water to spill everywhere.

Once the smoke is out...

At the price, it should have lasted longer. Who wouldn't want a vacuum that miraculously spews smoke after a mere six months of light, occasional use? It was used every third Sunday for 6 months to clean a house - pine floors, some carpets... Hose is not reinforced and collapses in a kink at the snap of a whip. The wheels are too small to roll onto a carpet and the filters are unavailable at the dealer.

Very poor quality

Never again. Its was burned just before guarantee. And was so much trouble to wash it and put together and that clips that holds the top connected to the bottom, keeps opens up and whole container with dirty water falls ... then you know it all about cleaning... if you pull the vacuumed , then it's started to sick air and not working. If you push it then filter gets wet and you can't use it until it's completely dry. To get this two filters is another story... plus deformer... engeener was...
