Big Jim Water Dispenser With Tap 25L Bottled Water Dispenser

I bought this in June 2023 before the 58 hour water shutdown in Joburg, Once filled the tap leaks, even though it is closed. Had to buy complete plastic garden tap (one sealed unit) this solved the problem, not like the one it came fitted with , which is 2 parts and leaks. Cost me an additional R89.00. Can I recommend that you improve on the tap or fit one sealed tap and the product would be perfect?

The tap is really difficult to open. Only the adults in my house can open it, which defeats the whole purpose. I was looking for a safe water source for the whole family
