I submitted a return and it still hasnt been collected

This is usually a good product, but about one third of the bottles in the 24-pack I received were flat. Be advised that droplets of cooldrink at the bottom of the plastic packaging may indicate that some of the bottles may be leaking. Better to return the whole batch for an exchange.

Some of the coca cola plastic bottles looks as if they shrinked which resulted in it being plat and it tastes like bad water. I would say about 25 percent of rhe batch was not right. It was the first time I gave encountered this. I should have sent it back but it was only a while after I bought it whenbit was discovered

The service is absolutely pathetic. Stock was expired and flat. Called for them to collect and refund. I called in multiple times and still get the same answer that they are waiting for the waybill from the courier they use which shouldn't even take 2 weeks to get done.
