Its not cooling

This is beautiful refrigerator but it‚Äôs not cooling I have waited for days for it to cool food, freezer works very well but the problem is with the cooling part.

I bought this fridge at the zevenwatch store. When I got home with it, the top freezer drawer glass had a huge crack, and there was no inside drawer, just the glass. So I let it slide.
