Bought it April 2021 . February 2025 it's not working

I'm so loving my fridge, a little bigger from what I was expecting. It took 2 days to receive it after purchase.

Am proud with my products working perfectly i can recommend anyone to buy

This is beautiful refrigerator but it’s not cooling I have waited for days for it to cool food, freezer works very well but the problem is with the cooling part.

I really like it. Does everything it has to do. I would have liked to have a bigger water dispenser but its not that bad.

Hello ,my fridge is currently working so nice and I'm in love with it up until this far.

The fridge makes a loud buzzing noise a bit like a mosquito, for periods of time. I have complained to Builders, I have complained to Defy, I have had no answer and am very unhappy.

I bought this fridge at the zevenwatch store. When I got home with it, the top freezer drawer glass had a huge crack, and there was no inside drawer, just the glass. So I let it slide. I thought that maybe these models don’t come with the top drawer until my friend bought the same one and it has a drawer😔.
