The washing machine is beautiful. We had it delivered but only opened a week after small hairline cracks on the top corners

Disappointed
The manual did not have all the full instructions as a result the house was flooded as the machine was vibrating and jumping all over the kitchen as a result the machine is full of scratches. I had to read online and discovered how to remote transit bolts. I am disappointed

Life made easy
Well, so far so good. I had few challenges 1st day but that was all on me and now I know how to operate the machine. Although it makes noise when spinning, it’s not hectic at all. 🥳

Cheap and it shows
Extremely noisy. So noisy in fact that I have to leave the house when I do a wash. If you can I would recommend spending a bit more money on a better quality machine. You get what you pay for.

Works but is extremely noisy
This product looks nice but is extremely noisy. It makes a loud squealing sound when spinning and a smooth grinding sound at other times sounds like a jet. I had defy look at this and they told me it was normal. I wont buy a defy washing machine again and it will make me reconsider buying from any other product line they have.

Worse product you can ever buy
I bought this machine a month ago its the worse thing ever I can not wait to get rid of it when it spins/drains it's jumps all around the kitchen pulling all the plugs its got stretches all over you would swats its 5 years old
