Draining problems after a month

I bought this machine a month ago and I would not recommend it to anyone. I first bought the display version and I had to return it because it was not working properly. I then bought a new one and after using it for a month the machine wasn't draining the water anymore. I am really not happy with product. I would not recommend it to anyone
