    The laptop is as described. I purchased for my granddaughter going into year 10. I also bought the wireless mouse which she said she cannot pair. I don’t know why I haven’t been able to follow it up.

    I was initially excited to purchase this product due to the quality and the enticing promotional offer. The product itself is excellent—well-designed, reliable, and meets my expectations. However, the experience around the offer was disappointing and felt misleading.

    I now feel the promotional offer was more of a gimmick than a genuine incentive. While I appreciate the product, the handling of the offer has left a bad impression.

    Meets expectations.

    So far it's done exactly what I've asked of it. However I am concerned about it's future proofing, as there seems little way of upgrading, and there were no options available at purchase. I would have liked the option of more memory, and an available 2.5" drive slot with which to increase local storage. Would be 4/5 stars otherwise.
