Sound Quality diminishing

The sound quality has significantly reduced after doing a software upgrade on the JBL app. They no longer sound as loud and clear as before

Good Sound Quality, Good Value

I've been using the Tune 720BT headphones for a little over a month. The sound quality you get for the price of this model is quite good. Battery life is fantastic, and charging time is great as well. There's a one star deduction for so-so long term comfort and disappointing volume level. After a few hours of use, I have to adjust the position of the headphones every few minutes. Also, the volume isn't quite loud enough for my liking. Overall, these are good headphones for the money.

Great over the ears

Sounds good. Volume sucks, isn't loud. Caps off. These style headphones were better when the volume was separate from the phone or tv, could use about 5 more notches for high volume.. great over the ears part but I can still hear my tv with volume maxed

Great sound quality but not enough volume!

I bought these headphones to replace my old 2018 JBL T450BT that has served very well but the padded ear cups were just beginning to deteriorate. I think the actual sound quality of the Tune 720BT is excellent; tight powerful bass and sparkling treble especially when a user Customised equalisation curve is added to the excellent app. However, these headphones simply do not go anywhere near loud enough even with the volume limiter turned off!

Can't have the volume up too high

They're are nice looking headphones, and they do fit well. The only downside is you can't wear them out and about with music playing too loudly as you can hear it clear as day which is slightly off putting. I like to workout with my music loud enough to make me get in a zone, but I'm actually conscious with these on incase everyone else can hear my tunes, so have to have them low!!

Excellent battery health
