Gets stuck very often. Turns onto it’s side and just stays in one spot. Worst buy ever. Can’t even return it because apparently once you put it in your pool it’s used. How would I know if it works if I don’t put it in the pool?

Great pool cleaner, no hassles, excellent value

Bought a brand new name brand at a similar price about 6 months ago. From the start the machine gave me problems. Spent more time adjusting it and getting it to move around the pool but it basically never worked properly. There is a reason pool cleaners are generically called Kreepy Krauly. I put it together in 2 minutes, plugged it in and it has been working brilliantly ever since. Doesn't get stuck, doesn't give hassles. It's also the new generation that doesn't use a diaphragm. Great price...

Great Kreepy Krauly-poor installation instructions

I would give the Kreepy Krauly BullShark a 5 rating except for the installation instructions. The instructions state to attach the "weir hose (identified with white cuff)" into the skimmer. There is no hose with a white cuff. The hoses have different lengths and there is no way to determine the weir hose. I sent a note to the manufacturer for correction of the instructions. . Highly recommend the product except for the installation instructions.
