    The utter disappointmentof the product

    The products material is easily breakable and and incredibly fragile, there are gaps that randomly open up and I had to close them due to some wiring being exposed, the weight of the headphones is concerning because it feels like it does not carry any wiring inside at all. The connectivity is very poor and inadequate, I struggled to even connect with my phone. The product did not come with any instruction or any manual to guide the user for adequate usage.
