Poor. No windows 365 home installed. Laptop probably only wothr 2k and they charge u for wi dows thats not there

I bought the laptop and when it was time to charge it, it did not charge so. I tried to keep it connected to the charger for hours but still there was no power. I suspect that the problem is with the charger or it might be factory fault. Now it's just a useless piece of plastic with no power.

I can surely recommended this product as it is fast and carriable. It is amazing and it is not heavy. It has more space and can accommodate lot of files and apps. The screen size is suitable and not that wide. You can use it for a long time as the battery life is long.
