Bad experience

Doesn't work very well. Wouldn't go up my pool walls. Contacted the manufacturer who said I must use different tyres which cost quite a lot. Still doesn't climb. Took it for inspection. No defects. Just an ineffective machine. Not worth the money. Look for something else

Bad aftersales assistance.

I bought this 2 months ago and it has already stopped working. The after sales assistance is astonishingly bad and no one knows how or where to report the fault. We have an epoxy pool and never was it mentioned that the wheels on the Dominator is not suitable for our pool finish. Now we need to fit new wheels that is costing us more than just going with the Pro in the first place. Sales assistance have lack of knowledge.

Kreepy Krauly Dominator pool cleaner

What a machine, works like a beast, we are so happy, even rides the side walls like it on the bottom, very happy with this product. We have a slight curve on the edge of the floor of our pool which really helps the Kreepy to get up on the vertical section, so if you have a real sharp 90 deg edge it might struggle, but i cannot sa for sure as ours is curved.

Great cleaner, does not get stuck in corners, and climb the fiberglass walls with no problems at all, cleans the entire pool in no time (except the steps).

Not worth the money!

Had it for just over 2 years and would get stuck in one corner of the pool..Sent in for repairs and informed it needs a total overhaul.Not prepared to buy a new one every 2 years.In my opinion do your homework..

The "tyres"have worn out. I paid R500 for replacement ones made of plastic. They are totally useless.Beware of buying the machine.

After sales service

I did not get what was advertised. I phoned and queried but my problem was not solved. The lady that does purchasing was arrogant and did not have any kind of courtesy. The brochure on Makro site says I should get 9 pipes in total but I only received 8.
