Always working
I have had this tool now for 3 years and it still works great. The stand came off rather quickly but is ok. The only con I have is the rubber piece on the tip always comes off so normally I take it off prior to using

Didn't even get to use it!
I bought this product as an upgrade from the GR20 glue gun. I wanted to use a different tip on it so i followed the directions in the manual and the tip was seized into the gun. When I got the tip out finally I saw it had completely destroyed the threads on the gun side to the point another tip would not thread in. I tried tapping the threads to no avail. I can't speak to how the product works when its fully functionable however. I'm sure this isn't a common problem but its the experience had...
