Is to slow, well I wanted it for business but I think is more for home use only not for business. Per cycle it makes 12 ice cubes which is not enough if u wanted to use for business. I think getting a bigger one would help not the 20kg. For home use only not for business

Bought 2 weeks ago, and loving it. Very fast and makes big blocks, even with high ambient temperatures. Well insulated and even after switching it off at 10pm, still has usable ice the next afternoon.

The ices are not the quality fitting for 20kg/24hrs. They are too small. So small that they even fall through holes in the ice basket. They even melt faster, even before you collect them

Works fast. Turns 2lt water into ice in few a hours. Never be without ice again.
